A Tribute to Caleb the Dog

Quote by William Penn - "For Death is No More than a Turning of Us Over from Time to Eternity."

We can see footprints in snow and sand by the impression made into the substance.  In the same way, we leave footprints in relationships by the impression(s) we make into our relationships.

Yesterday, Caleb passed away.

He left many lasting footprints in my heart and memory.  Some say he was goofy.  Others say he was a social butterfly, who would always greet you with a kiss or smile.  He loved riding in the truck and snuggling.  Most of all he just enjoyed life.  His spunk and devotion are the two biggest footprints he left with me.

What imprints are you leaving in other people?  Do you have the courage to ask yourself and see the truth?  As quoted by C. S. Lewis, "Courage is not simply one of the virtues, but the form of every virtue at the testing point."  Let's be courageous together.
